Health is an inside job.
When it comes to health, I turn to the principles of nature, the philosophy of osteopathy and the reality of Form. There is a force of life which is present in all living beings, and absent in death. There are many cultural and religious names that describe this force, all of which are welcome in their own right. The underlying force and its animation of your body, mind and spirt is what interests me in the quest to support you to live with higher levels of health. The capacity to adapt and compensate is at the core of our resilience, and is the key to optimizing health.

joint injury dissertation
My osteopathic disseration was the qualitiative study of joint injury, specifically inter and intra bony mechanical strain. This has been very instrumental in treating traumatic injuries, especially in athletes and highly active individuals with return to sport aspirations.
